Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation by Riposte Fencing.
All courses require minimum numbers of participants to go ahead. If this number has not been reached two weeks prior to the course start date then the course may be canceled.
Courses may also be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a course cancellation, students will be advised at least one week prior to the course start date, and given the following options.
1. Priority enrollment in an alternative class.
2. Credit to the value of the course, to be redeemed on other courses or services within 12 months.
Enrollment Cancellation by Student.
Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the course start date. Students will then have the following options:
1. Credit to the value of the course, to be redeemed on other courses or services within 12 months.
2. A full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
Please note that enrollment in a class can be transferred to another person at any time prior to the course commencement, at no charge. Simply contact us with the name and contact details of the person who will be attending the course in your place.
Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable, but can be transferred if another student is found.
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain
a refund from a business for goods purchased if
the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
